The impulse to stop is just another thing to watch. Where does it come from? Where does it go?
Do you sit with a timer? I find that sitting with a timer and deciding that I won't get up until the preset time is over helps to sit through difficult times.

Hi Eran G,
many thanks for replying.
Yes I use a timer and mostly stay with it for the designated time - it's only occasionally I change the meditation position to continue, and then samadhi improves even if the pressure does not.
