Equanimity: timer for meditation session & keep track of your statistics

Goal Streaks: based on Jerry Seinfeld's productivity hack, in which you set a goal to do something so many times a week. Whenever you do it, you cross the day in a calendar creating a chain, which you should not break :-)
I use both to make me sit more regularly.
