3 C's - Three Characteristics
Answer
8/26/14 11:08 AM
So something happened in last night's meditation. I was working much much harder on the 3 C's than I usually do with regards to space and internal/external sensations and I felt/sensed a shift/click/ah ha moment. Kinda like I checked something off a list - insite into no-self seen clearly. This has happened before only once and it was when I was working on the 3 C's trying to get second path territory started. It kinda feels like what an "insite" should feel like but since I've experienced it only twice and doing the same thing, I hate to overextend these data points to a definition.
Anyone else have this experience?
Thanks,
~D

Maybe this is a better more general question...
What experience/sensation do you have that lets you know that a Nana has started or finished? Is there ever a delimiter between them?

Yes. When I try to look for the present moment and all I find is vibrating granular impressions on awareness followed by short-term memory processing it.
