Dear All,

Thanks to DhO Genitor Dr. D. Dr. has presently some problems, rising bill of managing DhO, A/c become dead, his car road concrete damaged, all calling for more expenditure. I have the heart, but lacking resources, to help this unique person, whose very face, for me, emits a cool light of peace, clarity, grace and courage.

Here I would like to share a 'bit of knowledge' to my loving brotheren of DhO.

a) This is not a 'magic formula', as found in 'self-improvement books'.

b) Those who want - easy success, money,and fame - these 18 tips are not for them.

c) Those who have the thirst for 'real freedom', these quips may give some push ahead in their blessed journey towards Actual Freedom.

1) Be Natural.

2) Give up lofty thoughts.

3) Forget all scriptures.

4) Live in the Moments.

5)Choose a short reminder phrase.

6) Repeat reminder every breath.

7) Daringly have chemical aid.

8) Have spontaneous morality.

9) Avail pleasures without guilt.

10) Be a non-entity.

11) Let loose of controls.

12) Drain emotions without check.

13) Develop taste for impermanence.

14) Knowingly suffer/enjoy emotions.

15) Let today be the last.

16) Meditate/don't meditate at your choice.

17) Be resigned to destiny.

18) Count your blessings.

are you referring to psychoactive drugs?
