| | What are another stages of meditation? that would be interesting reading and would let me know point i am at the moment.
After about hour of meditation i reach something i would call void - illussions have very low strenght; i started to meditate in seek of happiness and love, but i don't find them; i have to accept the void; during this process i become patient, i start to understand what meditation really is and how to meditate, it becomes much more natural to me. It is not yet state where i am able to meditate while doing *regular stuff*, like speaking with people, but i think this is next step after void (there maybe some other step between).
