Hi Aman,
nice! this has been traditionally a weak point of focus for me. this short but sweet excercise left me feeling soft, physically engaged and blissful. i will try it as an entry / beginning point to my insight practice for a couple of days as it seems it brings me quickly to a bare awareness kind of state...dunno exactly where yet though.
thanks
tom

Good to know that you found it helpful.
Of all the kum nye exercises, I think this one has helped me the most. Those having an interest in sweet spot will also find it useful.
The benefits of kum nye have been ongoing. It just keeps on opening up the experience. It has been extremely helpful to me. Thanks to Tarthang Tulku for bringing out the knowledge of kum nye.
I think that kum nye can help any kind of physical problems that present themselves while meditating. It can be related to spine, knees, legs, shoulders etc. This can directly help meditation because gross sensations won't be there to disturb. It can be helpful off cushion as well.
