I am working on a free meditation timer / meditation experience journal app for mobile devices. I want to make it super-quick and easy to enter in notable experiences from your meditation sessions, so I am building a spreadsheet of experiences like "joy", "flashing lights", "itching", "body swaying", etc.
It would be awesome if you'd go to this link and add in any experiences that occur in your sessions. You can just edit the spreadsheet directly and it will save automatically
