Avoid damaging your knees.
My right ACL (anterior cruciate ligament, one of the 4 major knee ligaments) is hanging by a few threads at best and it leads to right knee instability at strange times on occasion, and I know of no specific injury, but after tons of sitting, I wonder if that is what did it.
Thus, knee pain that persists when you stand up: bad. Change sitting position somehow to avoid this. That's my advice. |
