howdy all,
i just want to scream out loud here about how much i am enjoying equanimity this time around.
i am moving through my days with a level of bliss available to me which had been sorely lacking over the past couple of years. with a second of reflection i can induce waves of peace and cereberal bliss and sitting has been not only attractive but positively magnetic lately.
i have felt almost as though i had made a profession of the DN in the past couple of years but now feel as though something basic has shifted. we shall see.

Yay! Mudita is arising. Equanimity is wonderful; cook in it.

I only spent a day or so in EQ but it was one of the best days of my life. Everything was so spacious and peaceful. Emptiness dancing.

I'm swimming in it. A sit is almost untolerably fun from the first minute until I reluctanly unfold two hours later for no good reason.
Walking the dogs through the woods is a grin-fest of body bliss and a panoramic visual party. Just the thought of focusing inward brings a slightly tightening band of sensation around my head starting at the back and spreading warmly forward.
my relationships are good fun and stable.
let it continue...
