| | My practice log log breath meditation practice journal Answer 4/9/14 10:30 PM Completely new to this. I am reading MCTB and concentrating on my breath as my object in 15 to 20 minutes sessions.
So far my log looks like this:
04/05 10 minutes 04/06 10 minutes 04/07 15 minutes 04/08 15 minutes 04/09 20+20 minutes (morning after yoga and another session before going to bed) |
