Morning, mid-day, evenings? &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Do you have a routine that you stick you religiously? Or do you just &amp;#034;go with the flow&amp;#034; and do whatever feels right in the moment?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I remember reading a well-known Advaita teacher&amp;#039;s book, and he says he usually does not have any plans for the day, except to perhaps spend a couple hours in a nice town (or something like that).
