Had this idea, probably not the first one to have it either, but to do noting practice while practicing yoga. I dont really practice yoga at the moment but i am starting to learn and am interested in it. Has anyone tried doing yoga noting? What might be the advantages or drawbacks as opposed to sitting meditation doing noting? Im always a fan of killing 2 birds with 1 stone so id love to hear peoples feedback on this.
Whatever continues the momentum of practice in being aware of each moment, moment to moment can only be a good thing. Momentum includes every waking moment of being alive in whatever pose, situation, activity, sitting, standing, walking, pooping, doing yoga.
