Real-time no-self vs belief in self

Real-time no-self vs belief in self

There is a difference between having no "belief" in self and seeing no-self in real time.

There is also a difference between conceptually grasping no-self and understanding no-self.

To see no-self in real time is the "last veil of ignorance". To remove the "last veil of ignorance" is to finally see, the dependent arising of no-self.

It is conceptual, it can be conceptually understood.

But no-self is not seen, rather emptiness is seen.

In essence no-self is not seen, but rather when one observes experience carefully one sees a lack of self, this is called emptiness.

Forget your metaphysical speculations or views, even though they are a part of experience.

See experience.

In seeing, just the seen.
