This post made me discover your podcast – thank you! After the episode with Daniel I also listened to the one with Tim Farrington. Both episodes are really insightful and entertaining. And nice to now have also your and Tim's actual voices in my ear when I see your posts here: It makes the both of you a little more real.

Which made me think of something: Maybe someone should make a DhO podcast?! Where people from this forum can talk, two, three, four around a virtual table, on a topic, maybe inspired by a recent interesting thread. That could be an interesting way to expand this sangha. Just a thought.

Daniel was definitely doing the heavy lifting on recommendations. I'm reading Demon Princes right now. A charming light-hearted revenge story.

Dude, that's a great idea. Maybe we can do something with clubhouse. I've fantasized about doing a podcast where practicioners just tell their stories of progress and awakening, but I like the roundtable idea too.

Brandon, just finished listening to this, and what a great, fun conversation. Really beautiful stuff, and you covered the waterfront, from science to gnarly spirituality to the big whoosh of spiritual doors opening to the path--- and then all the stuff about creativity! You have probably kept all of DhO with bedside table reading matter for months to come. I'm going back to LeGuin, myself. (Cool that you slipped in the Neverending Story there at the end, for him. I always loved the mirror of truth: it takes everything you've got to look into it and not run away screaming!) Amazing how much you both appeared to be enjoying the ride the whole time too. Very cool.
