Hello all,

This is just an invitation for a home breathing retreat from Friday 9/7 - 9/10, taking advantage of our peer-to-peer community in case anyone benefits from a defined, scheduled period.

For me this is a chance to keep continuity with a recent retreat and perhaps bridge into another that starts on Monday for which I am waitlisted.

My sitting hours:
4 - 6:15 a.m.
2 - 2:45 p.m.
9 - 11 p.m.
