I have found that no one here has come across Frank Kinslow's Quantum Entrainment.

I don't know where else to post this so I'll do it here. Mods, feel free to move it if it would be better off somewhere else.

I found Quantum Entrainment in 2011, & as far as I understand it, it is a method and set of practices to experience the state of what he calls Pure Awareness (no separate self) & the pleasure & bliss & relaxation that comes from experiencing it, and carrying that awareness of bare sensations in day to day life.

Here's a couple of free audio downloads where you can experience basic exercises. I'd love to know what you guys experience when doing these, especially what he calls the "gate techmique".

'quantum entrainment' ...  pretty good hook that.

i just looked at the first four parts and, as noted above, it is the 'awareness watching awareness' technique mentioned in other places many times.  perhaps in later chapters..mp3's , downloads etc. the 'quantum' lead-in is defined but aside from that, the pay-for-view nature of the site is off-putting to me and smells of commerce and shortcuts.
