I have been using the Dharma Overground as basically my only practice log (for meditation) for the last few months, but I would really like to both save it to a local drive, and be able to print it in some readable format so as to incorporate it into my physical practice journal.

I know everything is impermanent, but I am nevertheless quite attached to being able to re-read the notes from this period...

So, does anybody know of a better way of doing this than Select all, Copy, Paste?
