What kind of results did you get from visualizing symbols such as letters, or even entire words?

Which alphabets do you use, plain latin or maybe something more elaborate like Indian or Chinese scripts?

Have you designed new symbols from scratch, and how did you do it, and for what purpose?

So once you designed the sigil (presumably using something like this method, what do you do with it? Visualize it until you can't remember it any more?

First you relax. You write it on a piece of paper or pargement pr visualise it strongly in a kabbalistically relevant colour, send energy/prana/LVX into kabbalistically (is that a word?) relevant bodypart and intone the kabb. rel. Divine hierarchy. Then you relax. Good luck
