I believe i crossed a and P. I think i may have gotten past the dark night, is it possible to slide back to 3 characteristics ?

Btw: in Equanimity, does this mean that ur mind is unaffected by afflictions? because i still seem to get excited, or crave, does this mean im back in the 3 characteristics?
