This is an interesting account of awakening. It is written from a very secular perspective but applies emotional purification and then noting until the point of cessation. Secular ... yet applying the core theravadan teachings.
Seems like I might have seen this before a a twitter thread.... anyway her stuff is pretty good, I think. Nice reality-based discussion of what happens over years of practice, summaried in a few pages.
