Thank you for introducing this to me. I'm always on the lookout for Buddhists who incorporate chi kung and the Taoist dimension. Have you started your zhan zhuang practice yet?

Peter Young ( aka Lama Dondrup Dorje) is a self-proclaimed lama. He hasn't done the traditional 3 year retreat that tends to be the requirement for being enthroned as a lama and he has not had any official enthronement or recognition from the tradition he claims to represent, which is the Palyul branch of the Nyingma tradition. Rather, they've disavowed him.

Thanks for the Heads Up. It's almost impossible to separate the authentic folks from the charlatans in this day and age without helping each other out.

Hi Scott, no, I havenĀ“t. The physical component of my life, e.g. running, is non-existent. Work like nuts at the moment. But I will try some basic Chi Gung excercises from a video I downloaded.

Take care
Sven
