I am looking for suggestions for a 3 to 10 day meditation retreat this spring in the North American Northwest. Somewhere between northern California and southern British Columbia. I don't really have a particular -ist to call myself, my primary purpose is meditation, but I don't really mind if it is connected with a particular denomination. Is anyone familiar with the Shasta Abbey?
