Borrowing numbers from your past in Noting practice

This is the kind of thing I find myself entangled in during the week. The mind borrows numbers and numerical data in general as it notes its way through the jhanas, borrowing from the past. It's quite intense and unstable feeling. Conversations with others along with a good psychiatric safety net are helpful.

Now I don't know where I need to be. Look for edits to this post.

One thing is that I am too scared to enter fourth jhana and let everything go sailing in the wind, including my past.

I was blown away today to find that the moon actually travels west to east.
