Hi all,

I'm interested in getting into metta practice more. I've developed some cool insight into no-self and such through recent retreat practice, and it seems like metta would be a great, healthy and kind way to bring that insight to life.

What resources and guidance do you recommend/have you found most useful?

My regular practice right now is sort of shifting between formless sitting a la shikantaza and vipassana style noting all of experience in more detail - one complementing the other and vice versa.
