Using a high bpm video to condition noting speed

Hi there, I was wondering if anyone here has used a high bpm audo recording to speed up noting ability? Being able to track distinct arisings (and vanishings) of sound seems like a good way to 'condition' so to speak. I am starting to experiment with this more often but I'm curious to see if anyone else has done this to successfully transfer the skill to the rest of the body/mind sensations. Also I am curious to see where the threshold of tracking is for people. For example, in this video, the bpm ramps up really quickly and the sense of separate beats becomes perceptible only as single, stable tones: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mlRo62RjuGY
