History of non-dual meditation methods

Hi, I would like to share this book I found time ago and I found it really interesting.

It goes from almost all western traditions explaning their history and how they approach no-dual meditation and the methods they use to achive it. Is not a manual of meditation, is a history book with a good insights but it's fascinating see how diferent cultures approach diferently to achive the same result.

Especially the author delves deeply into Christian meditation ( contemplation ).

Sadly there is no English translation and there probably won't be, at least from the publisher, but you never know!

The book was published in 2012 and only has one edition.
