Argh I cannot believe it - I just typed up a long entry for this and completely lost it due to a board error ("unavailable")

Daniel I'm not complaining about this free service, but perhaps I could introduce you to some friendly developers who could help with the forum?

I feel ya. As Nick says, always copy your text. Also, sometimes when the text is lost, it can come back again if you go backwards several times and maybe click on "source". I have managed to do that a few times.
