I,m just registered to this forum and i,m a little lost. In fact I dont know how to initiate a post in the concentration board, because I cant see how to do it.
Anyway I would like to ask
whether somwbody of you know somehitng about the learninig and retreats of samatha meditation in Spain.It is been imposible for me to find any reference at all about it so far.
I,m very interested in this learning and am practicing on my own with the only help of books.
