I noticed that the more I do noting practice, the less I'm able to do it effectively -- my mind feels slippery. Memory seems to not work properly, I forget that I forget. I stopped noting and acting to move towards body work and less addictive behavior (mostly internet), body is needs energy and sugar swings are an issue too -- it's like a lock (esp. cravings and mood swings).
I wonder how to aproach forgetting about forgetting. Writing notes is so so since I forget to even look @ them or just go blank for and get into worry loops.
