Sitting together online in Corona times

Hi all,

Just a short message to let you know our little Utrecht group of peers is offering sitting together every morning to support and provide company in Corona times. We're very much inspired by this board/pragmatic Dharma.

We sit together from 8 AM to 8.30 CET on weekdays: 10 minutes conversation about practice and then 20 minutes of sitting, to keep things accessible. Those if you in Europe, hop on the zoom call/join the FB group:

Today there is also a facebook live sitting at Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche's offical facebook page, at 1 pm New York time, which is a very accessible time for us in Europe as well.

If people are staying inside because of Covid-19, on-line sittings can be a big help.

If people are especially frightened or stressed out worrying about disease, getting food, or financial / economic issues because of covid-19 (or for any reason), physical relaxation exercises can be a big help in addition to meditation.

Thanks all for adding to the thread! Just a quick message to say we have shifted our weekday sits to 8 AM CET since that's a little easier for some people. We're also sitting in the weekend but at different times, follow us on Twitter or FB if you'd like to find out.

I find morning practice together to be a fantastic, social way to start the day in lockdown-land.
