Accessing my inbox??

I got an email notification that I had gotten a new message. I tried clicking on the "view inbox" link, but it leads to a page that says "Not Found"... 

And I can't seem to find my inbox anywhere else on this site. 

Any help, please? Thanks.

You should be able to see "Messages" in the top menu bar of this page. Between "Discussion" and "Wiki".

You should be able to see "Messages" in the top menu bar of this page. Between "Discussion" and "Wiki".
Ah, of course! Got it, thank you much. Any idea why the inbox link straight from my email notification does not work?

Actually I find that to be the case with all subscribed thread notification emails... I can never click the URL underneath. It always says something like I don't have the permissions to access the link.

I don't know. It hasn't happened to me. Maybe you are not logged in to DhO on the browser that you check your DhO emails and then click on the links?

Good thought, but I am logged in, same browser.

See, my inbox will have a notification email for this thread will have a link to the thread like this:

Dharma Overground Forums - Miscellaneous https://www.dharmaoverground.org/group/control_panel/manage?p_p_id=162&p_p_lifecycle=0&_162_struts_action=%2Fmessage_boards_admin%2Fview_message&_162_messageId=19764860

But then if I click on that link it will take me to a page which says: "You do not have the roles required to access this portlet."

Is it totally different for you?

Hmm, I had never checked those links in the email notifications, because I always browse the site directly. Now that I checked, it's the same for me too. It's a link to the control panel that requires admin permission which I don't have, and you don't have, so it raises an error. It seems that the email content template, includes wrong url for posts. I had not noticed this before! I always check the Recent Posts page directly.

But it should refer to:

Ah! Great points. Hopefully the admin sees and can correct these.
