The "Direct Pointing" threads where one-on-one direct pointing is going on should not be interrupted.

Please start new threads to discuss the method, the results, and so on.

I split off several threads, unfortunately, Liferay doesn't let you rename them. Thus there now are many threads called "Re: Direct pointing in Action". They can be distinguished by looking at who started them.

Update: since the "don't interrupt direct pointing threads" rule sits a bit uneasily with the rest of the forum, it would be in the best interest of both those engaged in direct pointing, and the rest of the forum, if these dialogues were carried out via mail, or some form of chat.

Any particularly interesting protocols could be posted in the Direct Pointing section, and discussed there, in the usual way discussions are held on the DhO.
