He has many articles up on academia connecting phenomenology (in the historical sense of the philosophical school of phenomenology, involving authors like Husserl, Heidegger, Henry, etc., which has its own methods like phnomenological reduction, épochè, etc.).

He's also a practicing psychotherapist and seems to draw on archetypes and jungian stuff.
