MCTB2 in PDF or other file Format?

Does this exist yet? 
I dislike reading books online, as I find it too cumbersome and inconvenient.
For this reason I bogged down and abandoned reading MCTB2 not long after it was published. Went back a few times with the same result.
I know this has been asked a few times previously, but I want to check in on the current status.

Yes, the .pdf has been out and available for a while.

I have attached a copy, but then noticed that the website, www.mctb.org, which used to have a link to it now doesn't, so will add that back, not sure where it went, probably some update glitch that reverted to some previous version? Who knows. Anyway, enjoy!
