In this episode, I am joined by Wendy and Ronnie Barry to discuss their quest to find the reincarnations of their two sons who, in 1997, died in a car crash.

Curious to read what people here think of this episode.

From the shownotes:
Upon learning of the deaths of their sons, Andy and Bobby, the Barrys turned to the Tibetan Book of the Dead, and entered the world of the supernatural as they followed the instructions within to guide their sons through the after-death realms.

The Barrys then vowed to find their sons' next lives. Embarking on an international search, they recruited the aid and support of high Lamas, tulkus, seers, channellers and more.

Wendy and Ronnie also reveal their plan for their next lives, and discuss their history as prominent members of the Brotherhood of the Eternal Love.

This was really interesting, thank you.  At first I felt some kind of "new age radar" go off in my head, although they quickly addressed this concern at the start.  But none of what they shared was outside of the Buddhist framework (not that it would be a problem, if it were).  They did seem to have a convincing pattern of synchronicity.  Somtimes Tibetan buddhists have a tendency to overly read into events.  The part where they meet Tempa was really touching.  It sucks that they have some financial difficulty, hope that passes.  Overall, it made me think of this quote from Cloud Atlas:

Our lives are not our own. From womb to tomb, we are bound to others, past and present. And by each crime and every kindness, we birth our future

Thank you Steve for this one.

It was pretty wild and thought-provoking.

Made me more curious about two things:
Some of the energetic sensations that I've had these few years, like hearing a noise as if a giant bee is flying around my head, or bugs crawling on skin, or bigger insects moving under or over the skin that feel like the actual ones.

And the strong connection that I've always felt to certain historical periods and the people living at that time and place.

Thanks Noah for these reflections, very interesting indeed to read how the episode landed.

Which historical periods and people do you feel a strong connection to?
