is Sayadaw U Pandita Jnr still teaching in Springvale, Melbourne Australia?  I am not able to find it.

Are there any teachers or centres/retreats/ monasteries that people can recommend in Melbourne, Australia?

Hi Damian,
Sayadaw U Pandita Jnr is located out in Plenty, it is called Manohara Forest Meditation Centre. A beautiful peaceful environment amongst the trees. 
There is also a Sayadaw teaching Mahasi method in Hope St Springvale. The centre is called Panditarama. 
Another great option is Venerable Zanita in Cranbourne South who teaches the Kanni method of Samatha and Vipassana.
