Since the week I was going through a heave A&P week with kundalini explosions, a lot of nondual experiences and equanimity I perceive this flickering pixels. They're the same pixels when you close your eyes but now everything is made of that. They seem to flicker in the same 'frames per second' as the vibrations within the body. I've heard seeing and experiencing vibrations is common during A&P's and some parts of the DN, but the flickering seems to be permanent (its been more than a year).

It makes things look less solid, so I wonder if its some temporary or permanent perceptual change related to insight, or that just have some non insight related complication with my eyes or brain. There is a condition called 'visual snow' which kinda seems what I am experiencing, but I am pretty positive that this wasnt there before that week.

I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing this and/or knows what this is.

More than a year? well try the panoramic exercises. See if you can increase the speed of vision to the next level and if that makes a difference.

Thanks. Coincidentally I glimpsed what is talked about there without it being a dramatic A&amp;P event, while I was walking through the city. It was very pleasent.<br /><br />The 'donought' is very clear. Unfortunately there is some a big chunk of solidity/trauma left in my body demanding a lot of attention. I need to work on that first.
