What should say 8:00 says 7:00. Daylight savings time setting somewhere?

I think the site just has a site-wide time zone, which isn't mine or yours. I noticed the off-by-1-hour thing way before daylight savings.

Indeed. I'm in Kuwait. Beautiful country in its own way- there is something seductive and captivating about it for me. Lots of sand and open space.

So it looks like the DhO simply runs on DCT (Dharma Central Time).
