When in EE's / PCE's or practices leading to them, do you experience rapid blinking? Or is a more wide-eyed steady vision more associated with success?

I personally haven't notice any blinking that stood out in any unusual way during those. Just my two cents. Why do you ask?

Hmm, well when i cultivate delight keeping the attention open (wherein the tension in the third eye area opens up), i experience a very steady, nearly completely non-blinking vision. Whereas when i cultivate delight with attention sort of closer I experience very rapid blinking and the tension around the eyes turns into a kind of softness. Just wondering which was better. I'm not very clear on what is and what is not the actualism method as they don't go into things phenomenologically.
