p.s. if you get too much into doubt about the practice and how and what to do each time, best is to ask here how to structure a certain way to do it and STICK to it even if death itself is approaching
I have a structured practice now and do it the same way each time. No wasting time on doubt about which practice to do. I do t know which way would suit you best but maybe others might chime in with suggestion. I can share my way at the moment.
