Everything's sounding pretty good mate, stay with it and maintain your practice.

Those times when you mention that you really needed to get up or that you couldn't stand it anymore, see what happens if you just sit with those sensation and let them be without trying to change them or trying to "deal with" them. Cultivate equanimity towards these things, they'll arise whether you like it or not so, instead of fighting with them or wanting them not to be there, invite them in and see what you can learn from them. They've got something to teach you, just like everything else, so be a generous host and let them hang around for as long as they like, they'll go away soon enough because it's what they do.

Bring that balance of concentration and insight together, get your mindfulness of the go before you even sit down and then explore things as they happen.
