I just read this and thought some of you may want to listen in:
On Sunday 15th April 2012 BBC Radio 4 will be considering Mindfulness in its regular religion and philosophy programme, 'Something Understood'. The programme will be available worldwide on the internet live at 06:05 and 23:30 BST (GMT+1). It will also be available for listening on demand via the BBC iPlayer for a limited period thereafter.
Mark Williams, Professor of Clinical Psychology at the University of Oxford will also be interviewed regarding mindfulness practice and depression.
This will probably be a bit basic for a lot of you, but it may still be worth a listen.
Metta,
Brian.
