Meditation Retreat Recommendations in US - Midwest to East Coast

Hello
I am going to try and attend my first meditation retreat in 2025. It would probably be around a week, give or take some change. Ideally, the location would be in the United States, midwest to east coast regions. In my initial research, I have found some where you follow a specific technique and such. That doesn't pair well with me. I've found I have alot of aversion to other teachings in regards to how to develop right concentration. Essentially, my preference would be more isolated spaces for individual practice where I can practice what I know and believe to be my right path forward, community meals with others at the retreat, and teachers on site I can approach if I feel the need to ask questions.
Do you all have any recommendations that would fit this mold?

I'd look for places run by monks. Generally in my experience with staying at places like those is the monks dont actually give meditation instructions and usually run the whole things somewhat hands off (usually they will just give you food, a place to stay, and some peace and quiet). A lot of these places are called things like "meditation center", "vihara", or monasteries.
I've never tried them personally, but you could give Temple Forest Monastery (up in NH), a shot.

IMS has just opened a number of retreats, including this:
"Many of the teachings throughout this retreat will draw from the path to awakening as described in the late Mahāsi Sayadaw’s Manual of Insight."
There is also a concentration retreat called Unification of Mind. Joseph Goldstein is teaching at another.
They fill up fast. Good luck.
