Hello,
I was curious if anyone on here had good recommendations for energy blockages around the nasal cavities. I am going to try using a humidifier and some essential oils, as well as doing some jaw stretches (I've noticed the contractions often clench the jaw or make my teeth grind/chatter). But I'm wondering if anyone on here has anything that helped them with similar issues.

1. Jaw Relaxation and Exercises
Number 3 seems to do something to the contraction?
- Jaw Stretching:
- Place the tip of your tongue on the roof of your mouth. Slowly open your mouth as wide as is comfortable, then close it. Repeat 5–10 times.
- This stretches and relaxes the jaw muscles.
- Controlled Movement:
- Gently move your lower jaw side to side and forward and backward. Do this slowly and within a comfortable range of motion.
- Resisted Mouth Opening/Closing:
- Place your thumb under your chin and gently press while opening your mouth. This strengthens jaw muscles and improves stability.

I’ve been focusing on relaxing the maxilla, and it’s been a game-changer to let the alveolar process drop. For me, it tends to tense up with every intention or thought—that’s where my 'like/unlike' button seems to be. Let the alveolar process drop in the out-breath and drop some more in the in-breath.

Okay so I've been learning belly breathing for my harmonica, that spilt into a session, and it's split over to a daily life practice. I'm just way calmer and more balanced now. I've always been told I have a lot of vocal fry too. I think this specific problem was caused by me not breathing correctly my entire life :|
