Stream-Entry in a Single Page - Work in Progress

Hey! I am attempting to digest complicated Meditation concepts into shorter material. Here's my attempt at reducing Stream-Entry to a single page.
Would love some critiques! <3

Stream Entry
To connect with the flow of Consciousness, perceiving that the Conventional sense of Self, as a separate entity, independent from Cause and Effect, is an Illusion.
According to Theravada1 Buddhism, upon reaching Stream Entry, one is guaranteed to reach Nirvana2.
Therefore, attempting to reach Stream Entry is the MOST IMPORTANT thing one can do in a lifetime.
What does it “Feel” like?
After completing the First Cycle of Insight, the being reaches a Fruition: perfect “reset” of Consciousness which is characterized by a brief lapse of all perception and input.
In other terms, becoming Blind, Deaf, Tasteless, Smelless, Tactless, Thoughtless, Emotionless and Consciouslessness for a given period of time.
The time may vary and it's not uncommon for a Fruition to be confused with other attainments3.
Practices
To reach Stream Entry, one has to practice “Vipassana”: meditation targeted at obtaining complete visceral knowledge of the 3 Characteristics of Ultimate Reality:
At first, one needs to gain the Ability to Stabilize the Mind in Contemplation, which is part of “Shamatha” practice and is often called “Access Concentration”.
Then, from a stable frame of mind, with less distractions and impediments, one develops VISCERAL understanding of the Three Characteristics. Theoretical and Intellectual Knowledge is not enough, although it helps.

Theravada: Thera - Elders, vada - Way. “The way of the Elders”
Nirvana: “A breath that is Extinguished”
Attainments: Accomplishments that a Meditator reaches upon diligent and constant practice. Could be subdivided into “Concentration” attainments and “Wisdom” Attainments

- That there's always Dissatisfaction in Experience (Dukkha)
- That all experiences are Impermanent, constantly Changing (Anicca)
- That experiences do not belong to a Self, nor constitute a self (Anatta)

There is nothing "visceral" about High Equanimity Nana. Nor stuff leading to or after the 1st Path cessation.
What leads to SE is ... how to say it ... being a non-judgemental news reporter, reporting sensate reality that is actually arise-passing, right now as its happening. Daily practice with a healthy dose of calming the body as we do such a practice.

I would argue that people like Eckhart Tolle have reached stream-entry with no meditation at all.

Here's my version:
Practicing mindfulness, being in the present moment, when your mind is not wandering is abandoning identity view. When your mind is in the present, your mind is not thinking about anything so it is not making suffering. Suffering usually involves the ego so when you are mindful, in the present moment, your ego is disengaged and you are not caught up in identity view, you have abandoned identity view.
To abandon doubt, you have to see the truth that being mindful disengages the ego and avoids producing suffering. To do this, observe the mind and notice when you are mindful and notice when your mind is wandering. Notice when suffering arises and notice when suffering doesn't arise. Notice when your ego is engaged and when you ego is not engaged. (Ego engaged means you are reacting with some kind of self-centered emotion - you have to look within yourself to see how the ego is involved in unpleasant emotions and cravings. I can tell you about it, but you need to see it happens in your own mind.)
When you abandon identity view and abandon doubt you will not be attached to rites and ritual because you will know what is needed to lessen suffering and what is not needed to lessen suffering.
This is why the Buddha taught his students to live mindfully in the satipatthana sutta.
Meditation can help quiet the mind which makes practicing mindfulness possible.
