Self-explanatory title ☺️

Dzogchen: books that distil the practice down in the most thorough way possible
Dream Yoga: currently reading "Dreaming Yourself Awake", but it's targeted at non-magick users and a bit of layness permeates the book (for example, they grossely misexplain what shamatha and samadhi is
Zen: greatly interested in the philosophy and practices!

EDIT: Recommendations ✨

Dream Yoga
Dreaming Yourself Awake (I am actually currently reading this one. Advice on Actual Dream Yoga is a bit shallow)
The Tibetan Yogas Of Dream And Sleep

Zen
Zig Zag Zen
Three Pillars of Zen
The Way of Zen
Zen Mind, Beginner's Mind
Zen Mountain Monastery
- Moon In a Dewdrop

Dzogchen
Crystal and the Way of Light and Dzogchen: The Self Perfected State.

Dr. Nida seems to be the dream yoga guy that everyone I know interested in the topic talks about, so it could be worth checking out his stuff, but I've never personally gone too much in depth into his work.

Dreaming Yourself Awake - a decent book, fairly western.

The Tibetan Yogas Of Dream And Sleep  - a good version, has a lot of tantric dream practices

A suggestion on a way you could keep an interesting dream journal!

For Zen,

Zig Zag Zen

Three Pillars of Zen

The Way of Zen

Zen Mind, Beginner's Mind

Zen Mountain Monastery

I've also retreated under Angelo and consider him to be a modern western zen master

Janusz is also a very skilled zen teacher (has some Burmese, shinzen, and art influences)

The best open-access dzogchen books are Crystal and the Way of Light and Dzogchen: The Self Perfected State.

The six-syllable mantra Om Mani Padme Hum—the heart of Avalokiteśvara’s (Guanyin’s) compassionate teaching—is one of Buddhism’s most revered and widely recited mantras. Rooted in ancient Vajrayāna tradition, it symbolizes the union of wisdom and compassion through six sacred sounds that purify body, speech, and mind. Each syllable holds deep meaning: Om represents divine purity, Mani the jewel of compassion, Padme the lotus of wisdom, and Hum the union of both in enlightened action. Reciting this mantra with mindfulness is said to dissolve negative karma, open the heart, and awaken the inner light of compassion. Whether whispered in meditation or carved on prayer wheels, Om Mani Padme Hum continues to radiate peace, healing, and spiritual awakening across the world.
