Advice for teaching meditation

Hey folks,
Recently I've had the opportunity to offer meditation guidance to a variety of people. I really enjoy teaching and I think I'm pretty good at it, but I know that I still have a lot to learn.
Does anyone have advice for teaching meditation? What makes an excellent dharma teacher? Things to watch out for or lessons learned? Any cool pedagogies or process work that you've found particularly effective in this context?
Thanks,
Daniel

my advice is to listen carefully, make it clear your understand perfectly, dimiss their concerns completely, and then share your own experience with the dharma in a way that seems sage, yet leaves meditation or observing as the key chore.
make sure you pay attention to 'really enjoying teaching' - that can blossom into the 'dark side' of contemplative practice.
The best meditation teachers are the ones who get the pupil to leave behind that which they cannot give up on their own. 'Preconceptions' is a great place to start.
