The way you look at and answer this question changes dependent upon where you are insight wise. Once in a stable nondual state, you realize it was always nondual, the self just overlooked it. You can get glimpses at any moment though, so I wouldn't be surprised if you had a glimpse in the jhanas or A&P. Shit, my first "glimpse" was while watching tv and talking to my wife.

Maybe in the A&P, as it can be a kitchen-sink kind of stage. The jhanas generally do not have enough stuff being perceived for nonduality to be apparent. Nondual experience is something that typically happens in daily life, as Robert says. It's a loosely defined thing, ranging from a sense of expansiveness to complete dissolution of all boundaries and distinctions. It's also common in other religious practices, under different names, so having the experience doesn't tell us much about where we are.
