Build the switching in your plan of practice. Include planned return to past exercise also. ..?

What are you trying to achieve? What was your recent practice? What was your initial practice? Where on the journey do you think you are?

I’m sorry to see the original poster has deleted his post. If it had to do with my hasty reply, I’m even more sorry. It was not meant to be dismissive but just a possible solution to the question.  But so it goes, we expect, disappoint, ... and for me it has felt like a danger to share something of my life here (and elsewhere) so i understand well how one might want to escape a social field that turned out to be something unexpected.
