Yer don't see the bot posting? It's an enlightened bot. It knows all the right words. 

Bots are but one price DhO pays for having a fully open system, registration not required for access (only for posting). I fear one day it will cause the decline and eventual death of this place. 

EDIT: I just tested to make sure, and yes, a not-logged-in guest visitor to a topic increases that topic's view count.
